- Colonie Bites are served by reservation, which is daily possible between 12.00 en 16.00
- Colonie Bites can be booked from 2 people up to a maximum of 8 people
- If you are with a group of 9 people or more, you can also book De Colonie Bites, we work with a fixed selection. Of course you can contribute ideas.
High Tea
The High Tea originated during the reign of Queen Victoria of England. In 1840, the introduction was made by the Duchess of Bedford, who often started to feel hungry towards the end of the day and then served tea with sandwiches. In time, she invited some friends to enjoy the snacks and tea with her. This happening quickly became "trendy".
High Tea has also become popular in the Netherlands. That is why you can enjoy an extensive High Tea at De Colonie together with family friends or business relations. We serve original English scones, brownies, sandwiches and a variety of different teas. High Tea is also ideal for larger groups and costs 16.50 euros per person.
